Earning and/or income statements made by our Company and/or Independent Representatives are estimates of what you can possibly earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. 3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Physical Returns & Shipping

• 100% money back guarantee covers price of product(s) or services only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping convenience fee or handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try the product(s) or services, therefore the customer accepts to pay these fees.

• Once a return is received or valid refund request is made, the refund process will take 30 days or less. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card or mailed via USPS by check. International orders will be refunded to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the original PayPal account.

• You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product(s) or cancel the services in order to receive your refund. Any request to return or cancel received after the 30 day time limit will not be accepted and processed.

• To ensure that your returned product(s) is not lost or damaged, we require you send the product(s) by  certified mail in order to obtain a tracking number. We cannot guarantee a refund without a tracking number.

3.2 Subscriptions, Trials and Digital Products

Monthly membership programs, which may or may not start with a free trial, will continue month-to-month until you cancel your membership or have proof of termination. You must have internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment in order to use the program. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership with a 30 day notice to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your payment method.

Trial Subscriptions: Your monthly membership may or may not start with a trial. Any trial period of your membership lasts as long as is specified during sign-up. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply. Trials are for new and certain former members only. Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your trial eligibility.

Monthly Subscriptions: You have 30 days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your monthly subscription. Any refund request after the 30 day time limit will not be accepted. You may cancel the subscription at any time after the initial 30 days has passed to prevent future billings.

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have 30 days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your subscription. 

4. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

Trial members will  be billed after the trial period ends. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you request to cancel with a 30 day notice. To cancel your subscription send your request to [email protected]

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated price until the subscription buyer notifies [email protected] that they wish to cancel with a 30 day notice. 

Yearly will be notified via email prior to renewal with the option to renew. If the subscriber does NOT notify [email protected] that they wish to continue at the yearly price, the subscribers account will expire.

5. COURSE(S)

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased  can be refunded within 30 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund. Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information, please see below.

iOS payments: since iOS payments are processed through Apple and not Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy, we are unable to offer cash refunds for in-app purchases made in the Apple App Store. We offer credit refunds for eligible purchases. 

Bank & cash transfer purchases: certain bank and cash transfer methods are only eligible for credit refunds.

Boleto Bancário purchases: courses purchased through Boleto Bancário are only eligible for credit refunds.

Alfamart or Indomaret purchases: course purchases that are finalized at Alfamart and Indomaret are only eligible for credit refunds.

Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third Party: If you purchased the course through a third party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

Reasons for Denied Refunds: While our 30-day refund policy is in place to protect clients, we must also protect our coaches and  instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to coaches and  instructors after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

If all website or course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. Finally, clients who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

6. LIVE EVENTS

The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.

Tickets cannot be transferred without prior written approval by Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy:  We reserve the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If we refuse a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Event Cancellation by Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy: We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant: Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three business days (72 hours) before the event.

The deadline to receive a refund for group purchases/tables is (7) seven business days before the event. 

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued by check or refunded to the original payment option.

Late Registration: Unless specifically stated on registration materials, on-site registrants are subject to an additional administrative fee.

7. LIVE STREAMS

Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy owned web properties. 

If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription. 

Any attempt by you to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this or any of these offers, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy reserves the right to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy product(s) and services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES, GROUPS AND COMMUNITIES

Individuals from all races, cultures and backgrounds are welcome here. We have tribe members of all skill and experience levels. We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of tribe guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed on our social pages and  in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global tribe, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.

Keep it respectful: Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.

No pitching to the group: We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook pages, groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be removed. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.

No gated content: Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.

Respect confidentiality: Content gathered in our online social media pages, groups or communities cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that his or her questions, answers, and experiences remain private to tribe members only.

Keep it on topic: We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.

Partnering with other members: Access to this group does not mean that Kathy Binner AKA Kathy Binner International Academy endorses anyone’s product(s) or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy. 

Report posts that are breaking group policies: Due to the large amount of people in our pages, groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to monitor everything.
